Hi! I’m Angela and I’m the voice behind Iowanderlust. My blog name comes from my wanderlust of exploring the world including my home state of Iowa. Adventures and experiences bring my heart so much joy. I’ve been to 17 countries and counting and am always planning my next adventure. Join me as I explore the world and share my best tips for traveling!
For my day job I lead community engagement for an insurance company. Outside of work, I live life full volunteering for a few nonprofits in Des Moines. My faith is very important to me, and I light up when I give back to others and spend time volunteering. I like to spend time with family and friends, am a major Hawkeye fan and am passionate about making our world a better place one day at a time.
