This weekend was the perfect timing for a little weekend getaway to my sister’s! I feel very lucky to have a sister I am so close to and love spending time with. Because we love fairly close, it’s so nice than we can just plan a weekend to spend time together whenever we want.
Our weekend was full of food, giggles (I laugh with my sister more than anyone else) working out, watching the Olympics, eating and shopping.
We started the weekend on Friday night with a gymnastics meet at Iowa. I am still amazed at how these girls twist and turn their bodies. We had a great time at the meet…such a unique and fun activity for us to enjoy together!
And because my sister lives right by the outlet mall, a stop there is a must every time I visit. This weekend I really lucked out at Banana Republic with their incredible sale. They have the most adorable clothes, and I love everything I bought! My absolute favorite? My new leopard dress (with pockets) for only $15. Squee!!
